Your mission: • Field inbound calls and follow-up on web leads • Nurture clients for upsell/cross sell opportunities • Exercise perseverance and strategy when developing resistant leads • Work closely with prospective customers to ensure that their needs are met • Support the client throughout the configuration and implementation of their first payroll • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to excellence and personal accountability to results

Preferred qualifications: • College degree and 1+ years of sales experience (preferred) • Ability to engage small business owners in consultative conversations • Business analysis skills • Strong/Dynamic presentation skills • Experience with MS Office and CRM applications(preferred)

High school diploma or GED
Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
