Job Description


An integral part of the Advanced Solutions team the Business Analyst will be responsible for the strategic and creative development, implementation, evaluation and management of all digital media campaigns.  Utilizing a unique blend of campaign operation knowledge, project management expertise, and exceptional client service  and communication skills the Business Analyst will insure the seamless execution of the following responsibilities:
 
 
  • Specialize in campaign management; deploy online lead-generation efforts, develop and execute highly targeted campaigns that attract new customers
  • Prepare and manage creative specifications of campaign communications to drive action, engagement, page views, and time spent on site
  • Analyze and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns; assess against goals - return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs), insuring the fulfillment of campaign objectives 
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and retarget prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance
  • Maintain campaigns social media
  • Design lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, conduct research and vetting for potential businesses and venture capitalists
  • Create and maintain marketing analytics dashboard that is used to continuously refine and improve our lead-generation efforts
  • Keep team updated on campaign development and key milestones
  • Maintain accurate, updated vendor SOWs, MSAs and contract reporting
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email campaigns
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships; work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization
  • Identify opportunities to broaden and/or strengthen working relationships that drive greater demand, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Maintain campaign assets, inventory and prospect information to ensure all elements are current, updated and available in database
  • Facilitate workflow around launch of campaigns – prepare timelines, messaging, call/view reports and any other deliverables, meeting preparation, etc.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, problem solving and brainstorming sessions, team status updates, and campaign kickoff calls
  • Troubleshoot - escalate issues that do not have a ready solution; utilize creative thinking to determine the best approach
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Trade Show/Conference Planning Responsibilities
 
  • Provide on-site management and oversee the strategic planning and execution of small to large, complex trade shows/events
  • Plan and execute all logistical requirements for trade shows/conferences from conceptual phase to completion, which include
    • Obtain management approval
    • Outreach and schedule
    • Coordinate exhibit contract,
    • Attendee registration,
    • Onsite coordination and supervision of booth set up and teardown,
    • Booth staffing and pre-show meetings.
    • Packing & shipping supplies and equipment
    • Travel and accommodations for participation at events,
    • Assist with creation of marketing and sales materials,
    • Oversee production and shipment of event marketing collaterals
    • Manage promotional items and merchandise
    • Identify and execute potential advertising opportunities
    • Greet customers and capture leads by identifying client needs and communicating data to sales representative or product representative
    • Manage and negotiate all aspects of events execution: selection of contractors, exhibit coordination (furniture, equipment, floor plan layout), A/V and technology rental, freight, and booth storage
  • Create and execute pre-show planning documents, on-site communications and logistics, and post show reports, make recommendations for future shows
  • Create and manage integrated planning timelines to coordinate pre-event logistics, exhibit design and set-up, transportation/shipment, security, and allocation of services
  • Responsible for the upkeep of booth properties and maintain inventory of show inventory (booth property, graphics, show supplies and merchandise)
  • Research and advise management on participation in trade shows and conferences or inception of new events. Prepare and maintain an updated trade show calendar.
  • Extensive experience in vendor relations and business partnership development to gain involvement and ensure high quality service
  • Leverage sponsorship opportunities to increase company profile 
  • Launching of creative strategies to increase, facilitate, and track booth attendee traffic; lead retrieval and event metrics analysis
  • Implement project management practices that ensure direction, motivation, resources and effective communication to maximize event planning and execution
