  • Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports
  • Keep things balanced: Owns AP Process from invoice receipt through payment, ensure all received invoices are sent to Swift promptly, and review QA queue for coding issues daily; review the processed invoices as per the Client guidelines
  • Keep Sutherland aligned: Work with FSS team to ensure Swift items are closed out within 2 weeks of being input; diarizing regular payments to chase through system if delayed
  • Impact the bottom line: Maintain Payment and Query trackers on a daily basis to assure queries are being closed out monthly payments are being made timely; define performance parameters of the contract and business needs and conduct regular performance development reviews
  • Support the team: Point-of-contact for Vendors and internal SGS queries relating to payment processing and statuses, including responding to all queries within 24 hours of receipt; Builds and manages a team of associates with a high level of employee satisfaction and commitment




Education Requirements: B. Come/M. Com

Experience Requirements: 5 - 6 years’ experience in AP Domain; experience in BPO industry in the AP program
