Job Description

Effective management and delivery of end to end training deliverable across a global networkOwns and is responsible for end to end learning services for the assigned Program and is the single point of contact and chief decision maker for Consultant Learning across all lines of businesses within Program Scope Responsible for the delivery and effectiveness of the initial new hire training process (pre-hire, new hire training , nesting), ongoing learning (update management, refresher/remedial training and overall knowledge management) and the performance results and outcomes from them Owns driving the Continuous Improvement Framework and Processes Owns performance on all critical KPI’s for the assigned program Owns in-class attrition and training throughout through driving an effective classroom, nesting and ongoing training experience Responsible for training recovery efforts within program based on overall analysis, solution design, measures, and end output Responsible for managing client relationships and the consistency of communication between Sutherland and key contacts for the training/learning organization and the rest of the Sutherland stakeholders Owns deployment of standard CLS COE processes (and customization as needed) – including process design, inventory and change management "


Bachelors Security technology experience Prior experience working with a team that has a global footprint (multi-location) Effective leadership Effective communication Effective analytical, solution, and solution design skills Effective team leadership Collaboration and ability to effectively work within a team based environment Project management familiarity/capabilities Office: Excel (Formulas, pivots, ect), Powerpoint, Word, ect
