This is a dynamic position where you will tap into your multi-tasking abilities to respond to customer inquiries about programs and services via phone and email. You will resolve issues and answer questions by investigating questions to provide the best solution for our customers.

Prior customer service experience preferred
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
