Sutherland is looking for brilliant, compassionate, full-time Travel Reservation Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team! Quick on your feet? Interested in supporting the travel industry? Together, our teams assist our clients’ hosts and guests to ensure they have the best support and an excellent experience every time. We’ve got it covered from 5 feet to 15,000 feet.

  • Responding with thoughtful and accurate messages while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Multi-tasking to monitor and control concurrent tasks simultaneously
  • Identifying and solving customer challenges, including mediating between guests and hosts, and escalating issues appropriately

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
  • Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
