This is a dynamic position where you will tap into your multi-tasking abilities to respond to customer inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. In some situations, up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.

• Basic experience using Microsoft Office suite. Experience working with CRM applications preferred

• High School diploma or GED
