Associate Manager, Kondapur Hyderabad.

Sutherland is seeking a person to join us as Associate Manager – Admin and Facilities.  As an Associate Manager - you will be responsible in providing supervision to the team on the daily operation requirements both on admin and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluation of potential sites (new geographies)
  • Seat capacity planning
  • Budget Preparation – CAPEX and Operating Expense
  • Manage the daily office operations
  • Plans, coordinates and implements for the timely completion of all facilities projects including but not limited to relocation, assignment of seats, installation of new office equipment and all other requirements of the programs
  • Coordinates with building administration on all issues regarding building facilities including but not limited to cleanliness, shutdowns, power, water, elevators, parking and air-conditioning
  • Provides direct supervision of Admin/Facilities staff:
  • Evaluate and propose any change in existing policies and procedures to improve cost efficiency and overall effectiveness
  • Liaise with the appropriate government agencies (e.g. PEZA, Makati City Hall, etc) to complete requirements relating to the business
  • Liaise with lesser on all company-leased properties. Responsible for all concerns of leased properties in coordination with Finance for office lease, apartment rent payment, utility payments and repairs. This includes staff house upkeep and maintenance as well as timely visits to the Warehouse
  • Ensures that the resources of the company are efficiently utilized
  • Coordinates Corporate Asset with Technical & Finance Department
  • Reviews drafted General Guidelines, Policies and Procedures
  • Evaluates and coordinates with General Services and Security Agency – outsourced staff

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Functional Domain: Exposure to admin and Property Management particularly in in the BPO industry if not we can also consider those who have worked in malls, hotels or condominiums as Building /admin managers or supervisors
  • Years of Experience: 8-10 years
  • Educational Qualification: with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Can handle stress and pressure at work
  • Keen to details and with good leadership skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • With good verbal and written communication skills
  • With high integrity standards
