AR Caller - Sr. Associate
Job Description
- Should have overall experience of 2 to 4 years minimum.
- Should possess good knowledge of Athena systems especially ETM workflow, Athena One, CPS, Legacy systems, PCS etc.
- Good analytical skills required.
- Good communication skills
- Should be flexible to work from office as well as home, based on process requirement.
- Should be flexible to learn / explore new opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility of a Sr. Associate would be achieving daily KRA’s assigned to him / her not limited to following –
- Production – Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.
- Quality – Complete production with minimal deviation or
- TOS – Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.
