Job Description:
To make sure our customers have an awesome experience, you'll be the mastermind behind:
- Review and validate customer documents;
- Assess potential risks linked to customer profiles and transactions;
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of document verification and customer data;
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve verification-related issues;
- Stay updated on KYC, AML, and compliance regulations to follow best practices;
Qualifications:
- Minimum Language requirements: English (B2);
- 6 Months+ of relevant working experience in a back-office or customer support role will be considered an advantage;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactive and Customer-centric;
- Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite proficiency;
