Your Role:
We are seeking a proficient Luxury Hotel Customer Advisor fluent in both German and English. This role is crucial for crafting exceptional experiences for our luxury hotel clientele. As a key part of our team, you will leverage your language skills and customer service prowess to provide distinguished service and support, ensuring an unforgettable customer journey.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support for luxury hotel guests.
- Communicate efficiently and professionally in both German and English to address customer inquiries and requests.
