Job Description:
- Evaluate and assess the UW document associated with Commercial insurance applications (Marine & Non-Marine).
- Check and validate the insurance policies and coverages based on the established guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with Onshore OPS , Underwriters, and Finance teams to find insurance solutions tailored to the policy requirement.
- Review and bind the insurance policy New, Endorsements, Renewals, and Cancellations in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, booked by the individual.
- Adhering to the internal and external quality guidelines and delivering the polices with 100% quality.
- Assist clients with inquiries, Policy processing, and policy changes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication (Verbal and Written) abilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to property and casualty insurance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
