Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a flexible recruiting team
  • Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills
  • Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants
  • Develop, communicate, and execute recruiting plans
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
  • Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers' needs, establishing strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business
  • Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices
  • Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget
  • Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews
  • Lead global recruiting projects as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting and Team Leadership experience (open to Supervisory and Managerial candidates).
  • Has experience in hiring for web hosting roles and other technical related accounts in a BPO setting.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Shaw and/or BGC.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills (will be required to take SHL; required to at least be at B2 level).
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through (will be reporting to TA Tech Vertical Head and direct Resource person for Service Delivery).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
