Job Description:

To make sure our customers have an awesome experience, you'll be the mastermind behind:

  • Reviewing customer documents to verify their identities.
  • Evaluating risks associated with customer profiles and financial transactions.
  • Monitoring ongoing transactions, including withdrawals, for unusual activity.
  • Reporting suspicious transactions according to the escalation guidelines.
  • Keeping precise and comprehensive records of document verification processes and customer data.
  • Handling and sharing sensitive information securely and appropriately.

    Qualifications:

    Here's what you will need in your toolkit:

    • Minimum Language requirements: English (B2);
    • 6 Months+ Relevant working experience in a back-office role will be considered an advantage;
    • Attention to detail;
    • Proactive and Customer-centric;
    • Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite proficiency;
