Job Description:
Are you ready to be the guardian of digital content? Join us as a Content Moderator and help create a safe online space by:
- Reviewing and moderating text, video, and image content in Arabic and English
- Identifying and handling highly sensitive information with discretion
- Resolving content-related issues while ensuring compliance with client guidelines
- Using internal and client-based tools to manage cases and track data
- Collaborating within a team-based environment to achieve performance goals
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while upholding ethical content standards
Qualifications:

- Fluency in Arabic (B2) and English (B2)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfort handling sensitive or graphic content following company policies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
