Job Description:
As a Spotify Support Superstar, you’ll be the voice behind the music, ensuring top-tier support for users. Your key responsibilities will include:
🎧 Assisting users via email
and web messaging
with their inquiries and concerns
🎧 Resolving account and payment
issues smoothly and efficiently
🎧 Answering “How to” and FAQ questions
with clarity and confidence
🎧 Troubleshooting and fine-tuning the Spotify experience
for our customers
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fluency in French (C1 level)
– your words should flow like a great melody
✅ Strong English skills (B2 or above)
– so you can communicate effortlessly with our global audience
✅ Valid EU work permit
– required to work in Bulgaria
✅ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
✅ Previous customer service experience
– a plus, but not a dealbreaker
✅ Excellent communication skills
– as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
✅ A positive, problem-solving attitude
– even on the toughest tracks
